Do you want to help make RL2021 a success?
Volunteer spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are you concerned about the cost of the conference? Do you have a knack for facilitating online sessions? We’re looking for volunteers to help the conference run like a well-oiled machine.
In return for a small amount of sweat equity, your attendance fee for the conference will be waived (or refunded if you already paid). As a Volunteer, you will be responsible for helping a single session of the conference to run smoothly. Aside from your obligation to that one scheduled session, you are free to attend any other event or session of the conference, and even participate in a research team.
There will be a short organizational meeting for volunteers in the days leading up to the event to make sure you are familiar with the conference schedule and the whova platform.

Become a Presenter
No conference would even be possible without the dedication of the session presenters. Are you a thought leader who wants to share knowledge or a skillset with the agile communities? Do you think you have a method that will aid one or more of the research teams? Then volunteer to speak!
Become a Research Team Leader
There are four special roles associated with each of the Research Teams. Each of those roles requires a little more dedication than just participating on the team. So we'd like to thank you for your service by waiving your conference fee! The special roles are Coordinator, Liaison, Research Lead, and Partner.
Become a Volunteer
Volunteer to support one of the presenters during their session. In return for one session of your dedicated support, you can participate in the rest of the conference without paying!
