2021 agile Research laboratory conference Sponsorship Levels

This year, we’re doing something a little different with sponsorships.  The type of sponsorship will determine the relative size of your logo compared to the others on the promotional material.  The higher the level of sponsorship, the more prominent the logo for your organization.  This year, we’ve added a single Platinum sponsor slot, which literally gives your organization top billing, the marquee sponsor.  Review the levels below.

Sponsorships are purchased by submitting the form launched when you click the Apply for Sponsorship button below.. 

You will receive further instructions for uploading logo and identifying corporate information, as well as the ability to register the specfied number of attendees.

Platinum Level – $3000

This is a singular role. 
As the Platinum (Marquee) sponsor, your logo goes above the title of the event itself.

Gold Level - $1000

  • Track Stage-naming rights “Now appearing on the <Gold Sponsor> Stage:…”
  • Ongoing presence on APLN website throughout the year with links/backlinks to your site
  • Workshop/Breakout session
  • Seat on a panel discussion
  • Advertising spot (2-3 min pitch)

There is a limit of 12 Gold sponsors. 

Each Gold Sponsor’s Logo will be prominently displayed on advertising and promotional materials, larger than the lower sponsorship levels, and will be presented in the order of sponsorship signup.  The sooner you sign up, the higher your logo appears in the stack.

There is no limit to the number of Silver sponsors. 

Each Silver Sponsor’s Logo will be displayed on advertising and promotional materials at half the width of the higher sponsorship levels. It will be presented in the order of sponsorship signup, left to right and top to bottom.  The sooner you sign up, the higher your logo appears in the stack.

It will be presented in the order of sponsorship signup, left to right and top to bottom.  The sooner you sign up, the higher your logo appears in the stack.
