Description:
Since the publication of the Agile Manifesto, Agile has been widely adopted within organizations. While Agile offers principles that facilitate value for organizations, participants find themselves amidst practices and policies that defy the means by which Agile renders value. Using Scrum as a guide, this talk will help individuals leverage principles, practices and values inherent to Agile and Scrum to make an impact even when the Agile environment around them is broken.

- Review the underlying value and purpose of ceremonies and artifacts.
