Description:

Servant leadership is a type of leadership that all ScrumMasters should practice when being effective within their teams. According to the “Virtues of Leadership”, Larry C Spears identifies 10 characteristics of servant leadership based on the famous Greenleaf’s original writings. Amongst these 10 characteristics, there is one that is most critical but not normally thought of when SMs are in the day-to-day within their teams. Come hear about how one person’s use of this characteristic aided in better relationships and collaboration with the development team and Product Owner.
