Description

Another new year is upon us, and it’s time to figure out what you, the Chicago Agile Community want to learn about in the next few months.

Do you have a burning question? Do you have a vexing problem in implementing agility within your organization, or in your life? Is there an Agile skill you’ve heard about, but want to talk to someone who has done it before?

Then this session is for you! The topics on January 9 will be driven by the attendees in an Open Space format. If you’ve never seen Open Space in action, you’re in for a treat with a real-time demonstration of this excellent collaborative tool. If you have done this before, then your already know that it will channel the passion of the community to focus on the topics you all care about most.

No topic is too big, or too small. These are the meetings where you have the chance to get the most answers in a short span of time.

The multiple breakout sessions will answer immediate needs. But for the things that will need more time or research to resolve, we’ll use those topics to form a backlog for the upcoming monthly meetings!
