SPONSORSHIP LEVELSThis year, we’re doing something a little different with sponsorships. The type of sponsorship will determine the relative size of your logo compared to the others on the promotional material. The higher the level of sponsorship, the more prominent the logo for your organization. This year, we’re even adding a single Platinum sponsor slot, which literally gives your organization top billing, and a dedicated timeslot at the conference. Review the levels below, then check out the layout map to the right. Platinum – $3000, This is a singular role. As the Platinum sponsor, your logo goes above the title of the event itself. You are the primary presenter. As the Platinum sponsor, you will receive 10 complimentary tickets, a table in the vendor area, a full-page advertisement on the onsite catalog, and center stage during the lunch break for promotion of your organization. Gold – $1000, includes 1/2 page color ad in the onsite catalog, a table in the vendor area, 3 complimentary admissions. There is no limit to the number of Gold sponsors. Each Gold Sponsor’s Logo will be prominently displayed on advertising and promotional materials, larger than the lower sponsorship levels, and will be presented in the order of sponsorship signup. The sooner you sign up, the higher your logo appears in the stack! Silver – $750, includes 1/4 page color ad in the onsite catalog, 2 complimentary admissions. There is no limit to the number of Silver sponsors. Each Silver Sponsor’s Logo will be displayed on advertising and promotional materials at half the width of the higher sponsorship levels. It will be presented in the order of sponsorship signup, left to right and top to bottom. The sooner you sign up, the higher your logo appears in the stack! Bronze – $500, includes 1/4 page black & white ad in the onsite catalog, 1 complimentary admission. There is no limit to the number of Bronze sponsors. Each Bronze Sponsor’s Logo will be displayed on advertising and promotional materials at one third the width of the higher sponsorship levels. It will be presented in the order of sponsorship signup, left to right and top to bottom. The sooner you sign up, the higher your logo appears in the stack! |
